Our stay was very positive, really enjoyed lovely breakfasts.
The hotel had a central position near Tube to Waterloo, buses into central London, and bus or train. We went to Ch&co, located just next door to the venue, to have some dinner.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and easy and just off the river, London and nice restaurants and pubs. The bed is comfortable. It has patient staff from room cleaners to the receptionist.

loved the service at reception that was excellent.the location was perfect for kew gardens.breakfast was so good i did go back for seconds.would stay there again
there were stains on the curtains which looked like cream.thought i had only booked one room but then the booking confirmation came through and i relised my mistake but then thats probably down to my age and being male

The. Hotel location is a bit remote from london although good for price it has no business centre or swimming pool the staff were friendly and helpfull the tube station is 6minutes bus ride and needs 30 minutes to reach central london

Yummy breakfasts with fresh sausages were served here 🍳. the hotel has a convenient location, right by the tube line.

The hotel gave me easy access to my destination, the room was clean and breakfast was of a fair state.
Even though it was my birthday and a gift from my mother the staff were rude, abrupt and generally cold. The "executive suite" was no more than a standard room with a balcony.
